EMBLEM Polymeric Lamination Film Semi Matt 70 is a semi matt, transparent, self-adhesive, polymeric calendered PVC film. In the print finishing the laminate is used to give the print an even gloss level. The laminate also protects against slight mechanical damage, abrasion and moisture. The film contains UV stabilizers to protect the adhesive and the print. The environmentally friendly solvent-free adhesive is characterised by a high degree of neutrality and transparency, which ensures that the colours of the print are not distorted after the lamination process. The high adhesive weight allows POLAMSM70 to be used for lamination of UV prints. The print active adhesive allows a fast and effective processing when laminating from roll.
The film corresponds to fire protection class B1 according to DIN 4102-1 and can therefore also be used indoors. This article produced in Germany complies with the EU regulation 1907/2006 (REACH).
The duration of use of the film in outdoor areas is 5 years when applied professionally. The actual service life depends on the location, position and type of application and does not refer to the print.
