EMBLEM Monomeric Vinyl Matt 100 C R Easy Pin New Edition is a self-adhesive, white, matt,
monomer-based PVC film with a thickness of 100 µm. The material features a dot-patterned acrylate adhesive, which allows for easy application and repositioning. The release liner consists of white paper, siliconised on one side, with a basis weight of 120 g/m². The adhesive is solvent-free, phthalate-free, acid-free, resistant to ageing and permanently elastic. The film is suitable for printing with eco-solvent, solvent, latex and UV-curing inks. The recommended operating temperature range is between -30 °C and +50 °C. Its fire behaviour is classified as Class B-s1, d0 in accordance with EN 13501-1. The product is not classified as a hazardous substance under the current German Hazardous Substances Regulation (GefStoffV) or EU criteria.
