EMBLEM Solvent Ice Etch Film II is a translucent, soft PVC foil for decorations and captions. The satin surface with metal pigments gives the Ice Etch Film II a unique and noble finish. The EMBLEM SOICET2 can be printed with solvent, eco solvent, latex and UVC-based inks. For a good flatness the PVC film has been combined with a PE stabilizing liner. Additionally the fine structure of the liner shapes canals into the adhesive. These fine air canals in the adhesive allow an easy processing of the foil e.g. the easy crossing out of small air bubbles. EASY BOND adhesives have been design for dry application. We recommend using the SOICET2 indoors. It passed the test of flammability (building class B1) according to DIN 4102-1 with the result B1 and can be used indoors.
This in the EU produced foil meets the EU regulation 1907/2006 ( REACH).
Typical applications are advertisements, decorations and for visual protection on glass, glass doors and windows.

Thanks to its robust structure and excellent water resistance, EMBLEM TTYV90 is particularly suitable for indoor signage, pop-up displays, short-term advertising applications and outdoor signage. The material has been specially developed for applications where the product is folded or transported in wet conditions. The EMBLEM TTYV90 can be used unprotected outdoors for up to 3 months. Lamination is recommended for longer durability.

EMBLEM Monomeric Lamination Film Matt 70 is a matt, transparent, self-adhesive, monomeric, calandered PVC film. In the print finishing the laminate is used to give the print an even gloss level. In addition, the laminate protects against slight mechanical damage. The film contains UV stabilizers to protect the adhesive and the print. The highly transparent adhesive is characterised by a high degree of neutrality, which ensures that the colours of the print are not distorted after the lamination process. The high adhesive weight makes it possible to use MOLAMMA70 also for lamination of UV prints.
This article produced in Germany complies with the EU regulation 1907/2006 (REACH).
The use of the film in outdoor applications regularly lasts at least 2 years. The actual service life depends on the location, position and type of application and does not refer to the ink. The experience of the last years shows that under medium or favourable conditions the laminate can be used beyond the 2 years in many cases.

EMBLEM SOFADHCL is a clear glossy cling PVC-film. SOFADHCL has a cast-coated liner and can be printed with solvent- und eco-solvent-inks.
The film clings on to a plain, smooth surface with either the printside or the backside without using any glue. SOFADHCL can be used multiple times. If necessary the film can be cleaned with soap and water to renew the adhesion power. SOFADHCL leaves no residue.
SOFADHCL has a durability of up to 3 years indoors and up to 1 year outdoors.
A typical application is shop window advertising and POS advertising.

EMBLEM WARF is a special coated PET-film with a good flatness. The high opacity comes from the silver-grey back side. The micro porous coating supports water based ink. The prints are featured by minor reflections and brilliant colours and very good contrast.
Every print which has been produced with dye-based ink has to be laminated to protect it against gas-fading. To avoid mechanical influences lamination is advisable at all.
Typical applications for EMBLEM WARF are RollUps, displays, poster prints, signs.

Processing:
We advise cold or hot lamination to protect the prints from abrasion. We recommend lamination films from the EMBLEM LAMPER Series for cold lamination.
Before lamination the print has to be completely dry, otherwise there is the risk of bubbles.
Please store the paper in original packing.
To avoid fingerprints the use of cotton-gloves is advisable.

EMBLEM Water Trend BlueBack is a matte, white, wet-strength paper for indoor and outdoor poster applications. The paper is suitable for printing in current printers with pigment and latex inks as well as PageWide printers. The blue backing has been developed to provide optimum coverage of underlying posters and to give excellent grip on existing paper layers (anti-stripability).
The special formulation of the coating results in fast ink drying, which allows for short-term finishing. Furthermore, prints with pigmented inks achieve high water resistance and nearly no fold breakage during finishing. In a practical test performed by the Swiss APG, the paper was rated as suitable.
