EMBLEM Solvent Ice Etch Film II is a translucent, soft PVC foil for decorations and captions. The satin surface with metal pigments gives the Ice Etch Film II a unique and noble finish. The EMBLEM SOICET2 can be printed with solvent, eco solvent, latex and UVC-based inks. For a good flatness the PVC film has been combined with a PE stabilizing liner. Additionally the fine structure of the liner shapes canals into the adhesive. These fine air canals in the adhesive allow an easy processing of the foil e.g. the easy crossing out of small air bubbles. EASY BOND adhesives have been design for dry application. We recommend using the SOICET2 indoors. It passed the test of flammability (building class B1) according to DIN 4102-1 with the result B1 and can be used indoors.
This in the EU produced foil meets the EU regulation 1907/2006 ( REACH).
Typical applications are advertisements, decorations and for visual protection on glass, glass doors and windows.

EMBLEM SOFB510SMFR2 is a versatile PVC frontlit banner. Due to the high quality polyester scrim it has a, excellent breaking strength. It is not easily flammable and therefore may be used both indoors and outdoors. The semi matt white surface supports excellent printing results.
Results of our test with SOFB510SMFR2 have been positive with good print quality using solvent, eco solvent, UVC and latex inks. The main field of application for this material is the production of promotion banners for short and medium term outdoor advertisements.

EMBLEM LED-Tenter Frame Modul 100 x 225 cm.
Our new LED tenter frames are based on a module as a modular system. It is not only quickly assembled but also expandable and exchangeable. OSRAM LED lamps are installed in the cross struts. The electrical connection is made via a magnetic contact. No tools are required for assembly. All parts are elegant and easy to assemble and lock with quick-release fasteners. Crossbars, power supplies: everything is included in one bag. The only thing missing is the printed advertising - a stretch fabric cloth with piping in the right dimensions. We recommend EMBLEM SOMATE or SOMASO.
Several modules can be connected to each other to form a wall using plug connectors. This makes it possible to assemble entire walls. This module has the following parts in the bag: 2 x horizontal profiles, 2 x vertical profiles at the top, 2 x vertical profiles at the bottom, 1 x middle bar, 1 x y-cable, 1 x power supply, 2 x feet and one roll bag.

EASYLAM Expert 80 C: a laminator for the use of cold laminating foil with liner. The machine has 2 axes: one for the roll of laminate and the other for the winding of the liner. The maximum laminating width is 800 mm. The unit is a table-top unit. The dimensions are: Width:105cm - Depth:35 cm - Height:37 cm. The device weighs 30 kg and has 2 recessed grips in the housing, on which the machine can be carried around. The Expert 80C can also be used to apply application paper or foil.
