Up to now you had to pour your doming sticker very carefully, leave it to dry, and then remove air bubbles again with the blister remover.

This procedure is not only very time-consuming and laborious, but also more expensive, especially when working with larger editions.

Now, EasyDome offers you a quick, easy and low-priced solution for the production of doming stickers, including for use on larger editions. EasyDome is a self-adhesive, clear doming sticker with a 3 dimensional domed surface which results in a top-quality finished view.

EASY DOME is simple to use

1. Just print & cut your sticker
2. Let them breathe for 48 hours
3. Place the dome above the sticker and let it drop.
   DO NOT PRESS!
4. Let it sit for 3 seconds
5. Turn the dome around and rub it from the inside out. The enclosed air shell disappear
6. Your EASY DOME is ready!

EASY EDGE - Reinforcing Banner Tape

EMBLEM EASY-EDGE is a unique selfadhesive reinforcing banner tape. Its high tear strength and stiffness gives an excellent protection against damaging the banner near the grommets. The glue is complete with adhesive power within 24 hours, but EASY-EDGE already adheres immediately after the processing to go on to fix the grommet into the banner.

EASY-EDGE is suitable for reinforcing of most of the printed banners. Storing and processing should take place at room temperature. Take care to roll up reinforced banners inside out. Furthermore it is necessary that eyes are placed in a distance in relation to the expected forces.

1. Banner and EMBLEM EASY EDGE reinforcing tape
2. Split the backing paper and just stick EMBLEM EASY EDGE tape onto the banner
3. Cut the banner tape and fix it
4. Fix the grommets with the EMBLEM Eyelet
5. A strong banner is ready

EMBLEM liquid lamination

EMBLEM EASY protect is a waterbased protect finishing without VOC, which is self linking up. It was invented especially for InkJet prints. Purpose: Optimizing of the durability of printed banners, films adhesive or non adhesive, Mesh and much more.

The range of materials that can be used are: PVC, Tyvek, Polystyrol, Polycarbonate, Vinyls, Papers and cartons. Durability-Test results showed a slower aging with a factor of 2-3 in outside usage. For avoiding a tack reduction, the solvents of the prints has to be faded out totally. Prints that are made with oilbased inkjet inks can not be protected with EMBLEM EASY protect!


Typical purposes:

PVC or PO adhesive films, plastics and advertising articles and displays trade show building signs and building advertisements also outdoor. Industrial purposes, truck tents and so on.
