EMBLEM Airpress Premium mobile
Mobile with magazine - Easy going with EMBLEM Airpress Premium Mobile - eye your PVC banner with a fully automatic eyepress. Two magazines supports the machine with 12 mm plastic grommets (EMBLEM Green Grommet). The EMBLEM Airpress Premium Mobile punches, eyes and charges the machine in only one single step. The eyepress contains a mobile desk and can be moved easily to the right position of the banner. The machine is controlled by PLC - programmable logic control. To start the workflow user has to press a hand switch.
Our new automatic EMBLEM Eyepress Premium mobile was introduced at Fespa Munich 2010.

The EMBLEM EasyAirpress ist the first pneumatic eyepress from dataplot. it works with all standard compressors between 4 and 8 bar.

Because of the small size of 22cmx16.5cmx30.5cm and a light weight of just 10.0kg there is space in the smallest corner.

The adapter tool is already included which allows you work with the new high-tech glasclear plastic grommets.

EMBLEM Ösenpresse Platinum Duo

Stable multi-functional eyepress to eye PVC banners and firm textiles. The construction units of the hand press are cut with a precision laser, that makes a modern and simple Design possible. Due to the small clearance of the press stamp, plastic grommets can be processed in one step, punch and press. The Platinum Duo eyepress is delivered with a 12 mm tool for plastic grommets.
With other tools it is possible to use EMBLEM metal grommets from 6,35 mm to 11 mm.

Small, light weight hand press for processing of self-tapping eyes from 6,35 mm up to 11 mm diameter.
Punches and eyes in one working process. Prepared for bench mounting or free standing use.
EMBLEM Eyepress Premium

Durable hand press for professional application. Minimum effort needed due to ergonomically designed handle. User friendly on the strength of soft grip. “stainless-steel-adapter” exclusive for this typ of presses assure long-life cycle and accurate use.
Punches and self-tapping eyes from 6,35 mm up to 20 mm in one working process.


EMBLEM Eyepress Professional

Heavy duty persistent machine for professional insert. Optimized power transmission by built in spring system. Adjustable pressure from screw system. Highest transmission of power combined with lowest effort.Bench mounted or free standing. Eyes from 6,35 mm up to 18,2 mm applicable. Adapters can be changed in a simple changing process. For the Professional eye press we recommend „stainless-steel-adapter“, in order to achieve a high service life.
