The laminator EASYLAM Expert is the result of 10 years experience of usage professional lamination machines and studies at operator place. EASYLAM Expert can be used with laminationfilm up to 1640 mm width. This high-performance-laminator can be used for optimum finishing-solution for professional mounting and sealing, as well as for one or two sided lamination films.
Practical material guidance, multiple settingoptions and variable speed with 14 steps up to 8 m/min. makes this laminator to a universal finishing- and protection-solution for inkjet, photos, collages, art-prints and many more.
The broad dimension of roll-distance up to 40 mm, simple axial-coupling and selffixing coreholders guarantee an universal materialcompability with minimal refitting effort of time. Each axe can be individually trimmed by its own fine-adjustable brake. This puts you in a situation to laminate shrink free and of a perfect coiling of the liner. The roll-distance can be turned electrical between 0 and 40 mm. The structure of the controlpanel gives the user a comfortable overview of the function of EASYLAM Expert. The user interface makes it possible for fast access.
The upper roll can be heated up to 50 degrees Celsius. Both rolls are made of highquality silicon roller. The diameter of the rolls are 110 mm. These rolls are feeding the warmed laminationfilm more flexible to the print. An adjustable printtable, user-protection and sensor controlled pressure of the rolls and emergency stops are standard components of EASYLAM Expert.
EASYLAM Expert in connection with the suitable optimized EMBLEM lamination films is a lamination system designed for professional use. Due to the good cost/performance ratio, this system fits in any production environment.

Typical applications are: rigid and flexible displays for indoor and outdoor use, walk-on visuals for floor advertising, lightbox displays, popup displays.
Wide Range of Materials
The laminating rollers are made of high-quality rubber, which offers best characteristics for perfect laminating results. They can be adjusted electrically in order to perfectly process all kinds of materials up to a thickness of 40 mm. The automatic closing function of the rollers can be set to either “optimized” or “soft” mode. This allows gentle laminating in combina- tion with just about any carrier material.
Flexibility For All Kinds of Requirements
In order to match the operation of the machine to a wide variety of laminating tasks, the feeding speed can be adjusted between 2.5 m/min and 3.5 m/min. In addition, the ma- chine can be operated in either automatic mode or manually via a pedal. A special roll feeder and a motorized rewinder allows comfortable roll-to-roll processing of large format digital prints.
