DATAPLOT is the manufacturer of EMBLEM Inkjet Media for the equipment in LFP digital printing based in Germany. DATAPLOT has its own media manufacture, develops and markets papers, textiles, types of vinyl, PVC banners, laminates and much more concerning everything to do with LFP. The raw materials are partly processed with DATAPLOT’s own coating and are subject to constant further development and market adjustment. The company has been dealing with the topic of inkjet for over 30 years and has acquired many years of experience with these products.

Furthermore, the current product range comprises tools for further processing but also cutter plotters and printers for industrial applications in advertising technology, labelling and outdoor advertising. Well-known manufacturers from all over the world are represented by DATAPLOT. The finished products and systems are sold worldwide. New problem-solving approaches and application ideas often result from combining experiences in using EMBLEM media and the right machine and software components for this. The systems concept is firmly anchored in DATAPLOT. Customer satisfaction is a prerequisite for the business success of DATAPLOT. This also includes the technical service praised by satisfied users and the good availability of spare parts. The company headquarters are located in Henstedt-Ulzburg near Hamburg.

1979 Founded by Norbert Boehme.

1983 First participation in a fair with Europes largest special-plotter-roll programm.

1986 Begining of hardware activities.

1996 Implementation of the label EMBLEM Professional Printmedia. Beginning of internationalization.
